Le Due Palme restaurant was born in 1986 in the ancient village of Calaforno.
Creativity, harmony of taste, first-rate raw materials are the main ingredients of each dish enriched with herbs and spices, in a sublime mix of flavours. All recipes are carefully studied as each component has to tell the ancient history of its territory.

The philosophy of cooking is "the product for the product". It is essential to work the raw material as little as possible, so to offer dishes that are getting closer to the concept of nature. With flair and imagination the menu proposes new dishes and old recipes of the local tradition. The result is a seasonal menu that changes according to the availability of the ingredients.
“Cavati alle Due Palme” are the most requested among our specialties. We are also famous for our pizza and “scaccione”, both prepared with natural ingredients and exclusively baked in stone oven.

The ancient village of Calaforno dated 1725 revolves around a shady courtyard that allows its guests to have dinner outdoor on summer evenings.
By reservation only we prepare dishes of game (rabbit, boar, deer, hare, partridge, woodcock) e lunch/dinner of fish.
August 14 during the “Onion Festival” you can taste dishes prepared with onion in 20 different ways!
The available seats are 200, between outside and inside. We also organize private parties, weddings and banquets. The fixed menu is 20 Euro but you can also choose from the list.
Reservation is recommended so that we can ensure the maximum comfort.
